Softens brow hairs and opens the cuticle to prepare for reshaping. Formulated with ammonium thioglycolate, it breaks oxygen bonds in the hair. This stage allows full control over the direction and structure of the brows.

• Application: 0.3–0.5 ml per client

✅ Step 2 – Neutralizer Gel

Fixes the new shape, closes the cuticle, and neutralizes Step 1. It helps preserve the newly formed bonds in the hair structure. With a low pH, it brings the brows back to balance.
