Elan Carbon Eyebrow Bleaching Powder, 10 g

Carbon powder is designed to lighten the natural pigment of eyebrow hairs, taking into account all the features of their structure.

In the composition of carbon powder:

• a conditioning liquidum complex that provides maximum protection and effective care for the eyebrow hairs during the lightening procedure. This complex makes the brightening mixture more elastic, which increases the level of its comfortable application during the beauty specialist’s lightening of eyebrow hairs;
• wheat and rice proteins with a high content of amino acids penetrate deep into the cortex, thereby providing additional care to the hairs from the inside;
• neutralizing carbon pigments minimize the possible appearance of unwanted yellow tint on bleached hairs.

How to use

To lighten by 1-2 tones:
-Mix Elan Carbon Powder with 3% Elan Oxidizing Emulsion in a ratio of 1:3 (one part powder and three parts oxidizer).
-Apply the mixture to thicker hairs, and then distribute over the entire surface of the eyebrows.
-Depending on the desired result and hair thickness, leave the mixture for 1-3 minutes.
-When the desired result is achieved, wash off the mixture with a damp cotton pad.
-If necessary, to get a lighter shade, repeat the procedure.

For lightening by 3-5 tones:
-Mix Carbon Elan powder with 3% Elan oxidizing emulsion in a ratio of 1:2 (one part powder and two parts oxidizer).
-Apply the mixture to thicker hairs, and then distribute over the entire surface of the eyebrows.
-Depending on the desired result and hair thickness, leave the mixture for 5-15 minutes.
-Wash off the mixture with a damp cotton pad.
