Oxidizing emulsion 3% is specially designed for mixing with Deep Brow Tint eyebrow paint and TM ELAN professional line booster concentrates.

Perfectly formulated in percentages, the formula and soft creamy texture of the emulsion provide a flawless result. The emulsifying agents that make up the oxidative emulsion protect the hairs during the dyeing process.
Deep Brow Tint is the first pH neutral brow tint that won’t irritate the hairs or dry out the skin. The finished coloring mixture has a pH of 7.

Shelf life: 24 months.

Shelf life after opening the package: 6 months.
