Although we try our very best to process all orders within 1 business day, please note that the processing of your order, the parcel in transit, and or delivery may be delayed due to the ongoing current global climate. Free delivery on the territory of the USA for orders over $149.99.

Free delivery on the territory of the Canada for orders over $249.99.

Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address every day (Monday – Sunday , excluding major holidays).

Please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs and we can only provide a store credit for your order value.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us .

Please notify us within 7 business days after receiving the order. The Prime Beauty cannot accept returns or exchanges on any OPENED or DAMAGED packaging due to sanitization & health regulations.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original NO DAMAGED packaging.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping(return or exchange) is paid by the buyer.

The Prime Beauty reserves the right to decline return or/and refund.

Sale items (if applicable)  items cannot be refunded. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as pigments, systems for eyelashes lamination (any brand) , single-use items such as silicone models and practice skins, and cartridge needles – cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, 3-7 business days.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

PROCESSING ORDERS

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability and order volumes. Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 7 business days, depending on your shipping address and chosen method of shipment. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. The Prime Beauty is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and contact information.
