How to Use:

Clean lashes with ÉLAN Detox-Mousse 2.0, then rinse.

If needed, degrease with ÉLAN Keratin Cleaner.

Apply a thin, even layer of balm to the silicone pads.

Place lashes into the desired shape with a microbrush or applicator.
For thicker lashes, apply a bit more balm. -
After using Agent 1, remove any residue with a dry, then damp cotton swab.

Re-lay the lashes if necessary before applying Agent 2.

After the procedure, remove any balm residue with a damp cotton pad.
