How to use
To lighten by 1-2 tones:
– Mix Elan Ultramarine Powder with 3% Elan Oxidizing Emulsion in a ratio of 1:3 (one part powder and three parts oxidizer).
– Apply the mixture to thicker hairs, and then distribute over the entire surface of the eyebrows.
– Depending on the desired result and hair thickness, leave the mixture for 1-3 minutes.
– When the desired result is achieved, wash off the mixture with a damp cotton pad.
– If necessary, to get a lighter shade, repeat the procedure.
For lightening by 3-5 tones:
– Mix Ultramarine Elan powder with 3% Elan oxidizing emulsion in a ratio of 1:2 (one part powder and two parts oxidizer).
– Apply the mixture to thicker hairs, and then distribute over the entire surface of the eyebrows.
– Depending on the desired result and hair thickness, leave the mixture for 5-15 minutes.
– Wash off the mixture with a damp cotton pad.
